Apache 360

Apache 360

It came in low out of the pre-dawn sky and descended on the line-up amidst the first rays of the rising sun….with the heart of an Indian warrior, the Apache has arrived. This fiery tomahawk is like no other and is designed to decimate, to lacerate and relentlessly throttle through lips and around sections. There will be no scalps taken today though, as the Apache comes to bring peace through a contented line-up.
Apache HD
Where the glide of ‘free-friction’ meets the concentrated turning radius of ultimate gougeability; a marriage of perfectly complementing design concepts. A speeding summertime board, that still surfs ultra dynamic in the steep zones. The HD rocker and bottom applied to this model breathes in a whole new life. You might say it took a little trip around the sun and learned the roles gravitational pull has on the way waves break; and found itself a rocker and hull contours that work with those principles to find new sources of energy in key areas of the wave where the water is surging fastest.
Rocker and hull contours is where the true personality lies…some insight as to mine: not very flat, in fact a lot of bend between the feet; but a continuous bend nonetheless so the water speeds around the corners like a straight line from nose to tail. Accompanied by deep deep accelerating concaves to about 1/2″ deep through the fins / with inset bonzer-Esque double running through fin cluster. And concave straight off the tail.

concave deck at an additional $150
less paddle power, but that amazing “in the wave” feel
channels at an additional $150
It has also been set-up to ride as either a quad or thruster…..keeping your fin options open. In a nutshell…..it’s more versatile, faster and looser; skates though the flats quicker, and surfs tighter and more responsive in the pocket than ever before.
5 fin install – ride as quad/thruster
