I just wanted to drop you a note regarding your ordering process.

In this industry I have never been given

the attention that you and Todd gave

when ordering a board.

I have not seen or even heard of the efficiency in communication, attention to detail and common courtesy that you folks have provided.

I’m sure this will be the first of many boards for me.
