Stoked surfer reports >> this just in:

“This board is the best surf board I’ve ever ridden. Thank you for taking me to the next level.” – Jeremy 40-something, 6’1”, 185lbs. ripper. 6’1” x 19 1/4” x 2 5/8” 31.5L #Flyinlionsurfboard in stringerless epoxy #exoskeletonsurfboard construction.

(Side note): Approximately one week prior,  my friend @pete_mendia was in town on his way to Hawaii when we discovered I made him too many boards…well, they wouldn’t all fit in the boardbag. So he left a few behind to pick up next trip to Cali, mostly grovel boards and ultra lite epoxy whippers that you don’t really use on the North Shore during the winter. Flash forward to a week later and Jeremy cruises by in desperate need of a crisp freshy and is like “whatabout that one?”

Now my friend Pete he’s pretty cool about this kind of thing (it’s happened a few times before) so when I run it by him, his response typically goes just like this: “Of course he can have it, make me another one.” …and these are the kinds of people that are part of the Proctor family 🙂
