When I place my back foot at the front edge of my tail pad the board just takes off…. so fast and hold a line like no other!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Todd!

Just got back from a trip to Mexico and surfed a bit with my Monstachief – the board go’s so good. Responsive right off the bat when I keep my back foot all the way back on the tail. What I find most impressive- When I place my back foot at the front edge of my tail pad the board just takes off…. so fast and hold a line like no other!

I have surfed it in Hawaii, Cali and Mexico several times now. In all kinds of conditions. Works best for me from chest high to overhead waves with a little more juice.

Looking at getting a step up and a groveler. Any suggestions?? I have dropped some weight as well . 6-3 240. I would like to keep my volume the same for the groveler, maybe? And add some for the set up.

Thank you both for all of your help!!
