We are a factory with a showroom in front. We love to accommodate walk-in’s whenever possible
but due to the nature of surfboard production, projects we are working on in the back, and appointments we have booked
it is always ideal if you can call ahead to verify we’ll be available when you are planning to come by.
Generally the showroom is open Monday – Friday from 10 am – 4 pm but still best to call ahead.
We want to be sure we have the door open for you.

This is Tony and this is a one-of-a-kind custom one-off from the mind of the aforementioned and pictured surfer who came in off the streets and walked right into the showroom with...an idea! A fast board, a versatile board, an everyday board, a board for points, a board for beachies, small waves, hollow waves, small and hollow tall and mushy waves, every kind and every shape of waves (that Ventura / LA counties dish out). He wanted a fuller nose with lower entry, but some flip only at the very tip. Plenty of length and rail line. And an old school 80’s steep hip-square tail. With some vee off the tailblock. So....here’s my solution to that equation so wistfully dealt upon me:
It features the fuller nose outline from the #Holyrollersurfboard, with an old G-4.e tail outline from the early 2,000’s, only extra hippy and extra square. Then we ran with the #Flyinzionsurfboard / #Pavarottisurfboard rocker and hull contours (an extreme jetstream deep single-to-double concave bottom), and boxy pushback rails.
But...what do we call it????? The Holy Zionarotti? The Rollarotti? The Pavaroller? ...
More news just in from Snapper Rocks, Gold Coast Australia where @keepittropical continues to dwell amongst the cave people.

Stoked surfer reports: this just in >>
Today was the first day that I actually had a chest high plus wave to ride on the Zorch. It was phenomenal! It’s normally a challenge to go backside on a board this short! I took off on a right and it stacked up with a pretty aggressive line in front of me. All I can say to explain what happened is: Falcon Heavy SpaceX blastoff! I’ve never, EVER in my 43 years of surfing experienced anything quite like this. It took of and went ballistic, supersonic! I was able to turn this board today like I never dreamed I could. I also just tried out the AU fins on it. And interesting futuristic fin for a futuristic board! - Chris 4’8” x 22” x 2 5/8” 38L #zorchedreptilian ...
This is Nash. He reminds me of a young Dane Reynolds. Nash won a contest today in San Clemente. Congratulations Nash!! Tell your dad I said hi 🤙 ...
17 years ago today. God gave me you. You gave me you.
We met while on a search for what was real. Were married soon after with not much more than one room. I said no marriage can survive the life of a surfboard shaper, I’ll find something else to do. You were a make-up artist and battling for free to protect children from crimes. No background in surfing, or boards or the industry, yet you said this would be our calling together. Excellence and passion and love for people would fill our sails. Joy over money would be our bastion; our steeple. Yeah right I responded, we’ll give it six months and you’ll see what I mean. It’s crazy, it’s a struggle, it’s a gut wrenching puzzle. You said no it’s our calling so let’s get it sprawling. Then six months stretched into years and a decade then more. We’ve strived together and dived into prayer, with God at the helm, it’s His miracles and many blistered fingers that have seen smiles upon smiles become the walls of our realm. And 15 years in, when we thought never could be, our little Indie girl came upon our scene. In her eyes I see our dad up in heaven, smiling down encouraging us to spread upon this earth the healthy kind of leaven.
Thank you for being my wife I love my colorfully feathered and brightly festooned precious little songbird so so much!! ...
