We are a factory with a showroom in front. We love to accommodate walk-in’s whenever possible
but due to the nature of surfboard production, projects we are working on in the back, and appointments we have booked
it is always ideal if you can call ahead to verify we’ll be available when you are planning to come by.
Generally the showroom is open Monday – Friday from 10 am – 4 pm but still best to call ahead.
We want to be sure we have the door open for you.

Unmasking the Truth: This just in from the world of Oz, where @keepittropical escaped from lockdown and pulled a “shawshank redemption” burrowing to freedom through a long dark hole.

To my wife on Mother’s Day,
If God is perfect and good, if God exists, why would He not create a world perfect as well? Void of pain and suffering, divisions and strife?
I don’t know.
I’m just me. But I do know this - you are in this world, and you bring people together. You overcome and shine light in the dark places. You restore the joy to our home when it has departed. And each time you do, the joy and the light burns brighter; like a torch that draws people in; creating unity and hope and regaining the Shalom.
So maybe God wrote the story so that we the people like you and I, when we choose to carry the light can have an impact; and take part in a grand story that overcomes it’s oppressors. A story that requires bravery and truth and boldness and love. It takes a lifetime and requires all of everything we are - from a Light that is greater and more perfect than any of us can ever be … so maybe that’s who God is. That Light inside, ever wanting to shine and make things right … for the glory of the story.; the glory of the Light!
Keep letting the Light in.
Yes, I know it’s true. ...
Not just a sticker with the shaper’s name printed on it; it’s an actual signature by the shaper who actually talked to you, consulted with you, designed and shaped a one-of-a-kind board synthesized from one or more proven board models with a few touches and customizations mixed in...so you’ll have the craft in the design and construction that best suits your style, the waves you surf and the progression you want to see out of your surfing. It’s called the custom approach to design.
Building to a need, not building to fill a space or to meet a corporate quota. The greenest way to build a thing.

The Ballad of Ricky Bobby -
It’s been said that 54 yr. old Ricky Schaffer has flashes of Bobby Martinez. That floater and 3rd turn might make a case for a statement of endearment on that caliber.
5’10” x 19 3/4” x 2 11/16” 33.3L #Falconv2surfboard in ridiculite epoxy construction. That board used to be my board. I rode it for half a session at which time my buddy was like, “Hey what’s that one?...wanna swap?” He ripped so hard on it, and that day was his birthday; the rest is history as they say. ...
Just shaped it:
New board model -
6’3” x 21 1/4” x 3” 41L
Features wider nose outline and full tailblock for maximum glide and carry, with a less rockered version of the #Falcon2surfboard rocker and bottom for seemless ball-bearing rail to rail execution. Top speed surpasses previous redline markers, and holds a rail like a boss on wings. Feasts on 1-4 foot summer weakness, allowing big dudes to prosper whilst many flyweights can’t even find speed.
The Iron Age:
That time in life when the voice starts to deepen, the stature toughens, and the surfing packs more horsepower. This grom is now 14, sharpening his blades and seeing what sparks will fly when you’re swinging the hammer.
