I received the board in perfect condition.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing it looks and feels under arm.

Very impressed with the overall shape and rail thickness/shape. No doubt this board is going to be in my life for a long time.

I appreciate your and Todd’s hard work.

Board left me speechless. Worth the wait.

Todd & Charissa,

Thank you for making me an professional and immaculate surfboard. I wanted to provide you with my feedback. You will have to excuse my lack of technical terms here though.

The float and length of the board is perfect. I like the balance point as I’m paddling. There is one sweet spot and its not a huge sweet spot. It’s right where it should be for me (kind of like a perfect balancing point for my height and weight). This allows me to arch my back when being picked up and bury my chest and head down to catch the wave with ease and no adjustments up or down the board needed.

Almost like it was made for me. I’ve never said that about other custom boards I’ve had. They didn’t fit just right.

Surfing: I’ve had the board in 4ft and below softness usually reserved for fish or fun boards and not good for heavier guys like me (6’3″ 220#). No issues there. Maintain speed easily. Catch the wave easily. Easy cutbacks. I’ve had it in easily 8ft Swamis all this past week/weekend, no fun changes, kept the board the same for all wave conditions. These waves were at times half barreling and certainly steep very fast vertical walls.

I felt that I could do whatever my mind and ability would allow me to do.

The board instantly gained my trust and I have absolutely no issues with it.

Very impressed!! I tried to get some air on one wave and the wind kicked the board sideways, causing me to snap the center fin in half on the drop. But the fin box doesn’t have so much as a spider stress line on it. I wish I had something negative to say at this time. As negative things would allow me to improve the design for my specific surfing style and ability. But I wouldn’t change anything. From the color to the rail thickened, tail width, weight of the board, it’s all good with the right set of fins and the right waves. It’s the only board I use now.

Thank both for your time and support with my board. Excellent construction as well. Barely even a standard pressure foot dent on the board, but I’m working on it 🙂 thought I snapped it once though… My heart sank deeper than I did as the wave buried me down to the darkness.

Adam
