Todd's proprietary Carbon Wrap epoxy/eps construction

Carbon Footprint v4

Introducing the Carbon Footprint v4 surfboard construction

This new technology allows for a completely custom board to weigh in at around 4lbs and to have an extremely lively kinetic flex pattern that creates increased torsion and extra spring in maneuvers. You’ll notice this tech has no carbon on the bottom of the board. This allows it the softer, dampening flex feel of a poly (no chatter), with the whippy recoil in the lip feel of an epoxy. All boards made from start to finish in the USA. Full breakdown in the shaping room where Todd explains the nitty gritty. Tune on in.

Proxy epoxy Care & Ding Repair:

Care for your Proxy surfboard simply consists of keeping it watertight; ie. If you do get a ding, just allow it to dry out and then repair it with epoxy resin specifically made for surfboard repair; or if you take it to a shop to repair, make sure you let them know to use epoxy resin. That’s it. Also, use the same common sense care you would for a polyester board, just don’t leave it laying in the sun. If you have any questions, let us know.
