Features wider nose outline and full tailblock for maximum glide and carry, with a less rockered version of the #Falcon2surfboard rocker and bottom for seemless ball-bearing rail to rail execution.
Top speed surpasses previous redline markers, and holds a rail like a boss on wings.
Feasts on 1-4 foot summer weakness, allowing big dudes to prosper whilst many flyweights can’t even find speed.

The other day there was good waves and I was down at the beach with some boards for good waves, and this guy came up to me and said, “You make boards for good surfers and good waves.” I said, “Thank you, but I also make all kinds of boards for all kinds of surfers in all kinds of waves.” Here’s some feedback we recently received about a thick, flat, fast board that goes crazy in less than average waves, and that anyone can have a blast on. Here’s that stoked surfer report that just came in >>
"I’m just writing to thank Todd for this masterpiece of a surfboard. After having a few decent sessions with it now I can honestly say it’s the best board I’ve ever ridden. It’s fast and loose, glides down the line but still skatey and easy to throw around. Holds speed through turns and links sections together effortlessly. Reviewers on your website have said they’ve never surfed better in their lives with Todd’s boards, and I can now say with conviction that this is absolutely true. I’ve heard people talk about “magic” boards before but I’ve never felt that way about a board until now. This board is a work of art, truly magic.
I’m so happy and grateful and I just felt compelled to say thank you. Todd is an amazing shaper and you guys are running a great business. I feel privileged to have this board.
Thanks again for everything, and have a great week!"

Stoked surfer reports: this just in >> “HEAD HIGH COTTONS THIS MORNING FIRST LIGHT … SO GLASSY AND CLEAN … THIS NUGGET IS SOME SUGARY SWEET COTTON POINT CANDY!
Put Machado quad set on and everything worked amazing. So good I didn’t swap any of the other fins I brought down to the point in a backpack (next time I play around more with different setups).
LOVE LOVE LOVE. FAST BUT NOT SKIPPY, SMOOTH AND SOFT BUTTERY FEEL IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS, AND PLENTY OF DIG ON TAP FOR SOME BUTT WIGGLING DOWN THE LINE.
PADDLING? FAGHIDABOWDID. YOUR 10 FOOT MINI MEGA MUCHO MACHO UBER MAGIC DOESN’T STAND A CHANCE. SHE SITS JUST PERFECT UNDER ME AND MY BIG CHEST / SHOULDERS.
The tail release and flow through turns was perfect and rather surprising for how wide she is. This baby got back. Twerkin’ on some Summertime peaks!
THANKS SO MUCH!!”

The unique hull contours of the new #grovelchief give this small wave ubercraft the sensation of having a ball-bearing between your feet, with grippy full speed ahead drive through fully committed rail turns. It allows you to ride it off the back half of the board without the need to shuffle around your footing. The extreme reverse vee through the nose splits the water (kinda like a boat’s prow) keeping water off the deck and the up-front rails. The deep single to inset double concaves through the fins run 3/4” deep creating unprecedented lift, and a super fast, grippy yet smooth feeling…like water hovering over water rather than board traversing across water. The board featured above is 6’4” x 23” x 3 5/16” 55L ridden by King Allen of Malibu who is 64 yrs. old, 230lbs. #surflinesessions #surflinecamrewind
